IHS Sports Registration


Sports registration opens May 1st of each year.

Registration is done online through FinalForms. Your information is saved from season-to-season and year-to-year, making the registration process quick and easy. You may also register for multiple seasons at the same time.  Instructions are outlined on the Inglemoor Athletics Registration page.

All students participating in a high school sport must purchase an ASB sticker. These funds directly support the year-to-year cost of the athletic programs, such as: facilities, equipment, uniforms, game transportation costs, and more.

There is a $200 fee for each sport. If you have multiple players or you would like information on payment options email the bookkeeper at: [email protected] .  School sports fees and booster donations are separate.  The school only has 1 football sports fee in the fall, you do not pay a football sports fee for spring ball,  We recommend paying your Booster dues in the spring to spread out the payments as the school's football fees are due before the first scheduled fall football game in order to play.  

Fees do not guarantee a roster spot, playing time, or a letter award.

Participation fees for Fall season, non-cut sports will be payable online via TouchBase beginning Friday, August 12.

Creating an Account

FinalForms will begin sending emails to parents and students. Click the link in the email you receive and follow the steps to create your FinalForms account. If you do not receive an email by Monday, please contact FinalForms technical support.

You will need the following information to allow for accurate completion of your online registration:

  • Basic Medical History & Health Information
  • Insurance Company & Policy Number
  • Doctor & Dentist Contact Information
  • Hospital Preference

Registering a Student

  1. Visit
  2. Click LOGIN under the Parent icon.
  4. Select the sports for which you would like to register. Your selection can be changed at any time prior to the registration deadline.
  5. Complete each form and sign your full name in the Parent Signature field at the bottom of the page. After signing a form, click SUBMIT FORM and move on to the next form.
  6. You will see  a “Forms Finished” message when all forms are complete.
  7. If required, an email will automatically be sent to the your student, prompting them to complete the forms requiring their signature.
  8. Click MY STUDENTS when you are done. Repeat steps 3 - 6 for additional students.
  9. If you need to update your information, click the UPDATE FORMS button.

Fall 2024 Eligibility Guidelines

  • WIAA Standard - They must have PASSED AT LEAST 5 CLASSES the previous semester & be enrolled and passing a MINIMUM OF 5 CLASSES for the current semester.
  • The Northshore School District will also have a minimum 2.0 GPA requirement in addition to the WIAA standard for academics.
  • Fines or Fees 
  • Students must have no outstanding school fines.
  • Daily Attendance
  • (Practice or Contest) - To participate in athletics students must attend a minimum of 1⁄2 the classes offered on that day.
